Problem to Solve
Given a photo archive and body copy, create an intriguing book by laying out the body copy and selecting photos from the archive.
Creative SOLUTION
I led with the concept here. In the photos provided we are presented with large, burley men with beards. Upon first glance they might seem gruff or unapproachable. By carefully curating photos and laying them out I wanted to show the unseen beauty. My design decisions were based off of beauty magazines but repurposed for these rougher men.
A layout presentation that focuses strongly on the visual selection layout that complements and reinforce the text.
